4. Appointment requests
Submitting the appointment form is a request, not a confirmed appointment. An appointment exists only once the office has contacted you and you have both agreed a date and time. If you need to be seen urgently, telephone the office rather than relying on the form.
5. Online payments
The payment form on this website collects the details needed for the office to contact you about a payment. Card details must never be sent through the website or by email. Payments are taken in the office, over the telephone or through a secure link. Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
